Shrew v1

Shrew v1

By Sébastien Andrivet

Source of Character: Villains & Vigilantes RPG

Helper(s): Jackson

Reasons: The Crushers are low-powered, as befits opponents featured in an adventure designed to start a campaign. A bunch of 450 pointers should be enough to beat them, but they're very useful to fight beginning heroes or when you need to assemble a small army of low-powered lackeys.

Powers and Abilities

The Shrew is an excellent boxer and streetfighter with mutant abilities allowing her to enhance her speed, durability, power and accuracy.

History:

Sheila Brewster was expelled from the North American Female Boxing Association when it was discovered she had ties with mobsters and had fixed a few fights. Hitting the skids, she became a thug for a Chicago mob leader - and, in time, a feared one. Yet she remained despondent over her ruined boxing career and started doing drugs to cope.

Description:

See illustrations.

Personality

Shrew is a bad cat with a street rep of hitting hard and fast. She concentrates on single opponents, preferably hand-to-hand fighters, and uses her Weakness Detection liberally. She fights like a boxer.

Brewster finds illusions of all kinds very unnerving, and goes out of her way to avoid them. Her MIF won't have her running screaming, but she'll make efforts and do slightly irrational things not to have to deal with illusions.

DC Universe History:

She's minor enough, yep.
