Powers and Abilities

Iron Cross is superhumanly strong and resilient. He seemed to be hurt to a small degree by unarmed attacks from highly competent martial artists such as Black Canary, but still could go a few Phases mano-a-marciano with the Martian Manhunter. He can do this since he reserves all of his HPs for LDD.


History

Iron Cross might be European – or he might be a German-American interested in the most disastrous part of his ancestry. He clashed with the Justice League Task Force at the Aryan Nation compound, and later joined the greater Cadre assembled by the Overmaster at Mount Everest.

A dozen years later, he was seen fighting heroes during the Infinite Crisis. He was then recruited by the Joker, Luthor and the Cheetah as part of a large task force that attacked the Justice League.

In 2008, Iron Cross was among those villains who were kidnapped and deported to an alien planet by the government. When the Joker and Gorilla Grodd started a mutiny against Lex Luthor, Iron Cross tried to stop the Joker – who shot him in the head point-blank. Whether he survived is unknown.


Description

Like most of the others, he has an angry and uneducated vibe. Iron Cross sometimes use German words and slang in his speech – whether he’s bilingual, natively Germanophone or just showing off with a little bit of German he knows is unrevealed.


Personality

A big, not impressively bright, racist thug — he seems brutal and will fight dirty, but does not seem as actively evil as the rest. He seemed to be fond of the first Blind Faith, and was in a relationship with the second Blind Faith.
