The fourth Tiger Mask Japanese wrestler

Tiger Mask

Power Level:
Game system: DC Heroes Role-Playing Game

Context

Our fantasy wrestling profiles capitalize on the similarities between pro wrestling, comic books and role-playing games. They imagine a world where the wrestlers are their characters, have powers matching their persona and signature moves, and are important players in crime or crime-fighting.

Some profiles postulate a “pro wrestling universe” (like the Marvel or DC Universe), while some keep things generic enough to be plugged into existing fictional universes.

Powers and Abilities

The fourth Tiger Mask is the first to come close to the original’s level of skill in unarmed combat and also matches his superhuman speed. He does not have the same ability to duplicate the natural traits of animals.

History

The young man who would be the fourth to take the role of Tiger Mask was an orphan, taken in by the first Tiger Mask and trained in martial arts. When the criminal Tiger Mask III was captured, the young man (at that point in his late teens) put on a duplicate of his teacher’s mask and adopted the role in an attempt to reclaim the honor of the name.

He has conducted a long-running war against the northern Japanese gang, Kaientai DX (Deluxe), along with The Great Sasuke (a one-time ally of Jushin Liger) and the warrior monk Jinsei Shinzaki (a reformed employee of the Great Muta and, unknown to any but Shinzaki himself, an early student of Tiger Mask Sayama).

Description

See picture.

Personality

Tiger Mask IV is shy and quiet, but jumps into action quickly. He lacks the pure ego that drove so his predecessors.

DC Universe History

He may have received supplemental training from Richard Dragon – he might even have undergone some of the same experiences that Robin III (Tim Drake) did during his early training (during the Robin limited series).
