Context

This character is an original creation. We often call these “homemades” or “homebrewed” – think home cooking or craft beer.

Powers and Abilities

The Big Heads are quite powerful psionicists  (in DC Heroes RPG terms, Telepathy, TK).

Their Telekinesis allows them to lift up to 6 tons without much effort, or strike mighty blows (Mental Blast). They can also throw an strictly mental blast (Mind Blast). Furthermore, their telekinesis can be specially focused to move themselves (Flight). Big Heads are thus capable of short space flights, as they need little air (Sealed Systems).

Big Heads are highly intelligent (INT, Computers, Gadgetry, Scientist), although not so much as their work-force, the Z’s. They can understand the languages of most intelligent creatures they meet.

Last, but not least, the Big Heads can phase  with their environment (Dispersal). Combined with their magnificent mental powers make them fearsome opponents.

Big heads use to carry some kind of super-weapon on them, in case they must begin the extermination of some planet (Omni-Gadget).


History

Big Heads were created through genetic and magical experimentation by the Council of the 10, on Planet Z. They act as leaders to their planet, except when the Council has a better idea of what needs to be done.

The Big Heads are believed to have destroyed entire solar systems who refused to join their Empire. In reality the teen Heads have only destroyed a few planets, and usually through genocide. They have studied ways to destroy on a grander scale, but they can’t actually do it. When it seemed they did, it was actually the Council of 10.


Description

Ten huge heads the size of a human being, with pulsating veins crossing their brains, and tentacles under their body that act like hands.


Personality

The Big Heads are tyrants in their world. The Z’s are so accustomed to their ruling that they never defy their ruling. The Big Heads rule, command and do so because they are the greatest and best of all possible rulers.

The Heads are not so much interested in real power (although they’d like to have enough to be able to blow a solar system or two) as in having plenty of wealth and live as they want.

Despite it, Big Heads are not extremely cruel with the Z’s. They are, after all, their people. Their relation would be that of a mix between Darth Vader/Moff Tarkin/Palpatine towards the Empire’s soldiers.

Whenever they are in combat, the Big Heads show plenty confident of their powers. They rely little on Team Attacks at first, as they consider any of them is able to defeat anybody. If odds are against them, they will join forces. Their preferred tactic is to disperse and mentally blast the fools that oppose them.
