Powers and Abilities
Black Tiger is as fast, agile and proficient at fighting as his name implies.
A hunter of men, he enjoys superhuman senses.
He also can form the shadow of the clawed paw of a giant tiger around his hand. This manifestation has quite actual slashing effects.
History
Black Tiger’s family were refugees from mainland China. He grew up homeless, in the streets of Hong Kong’s worst slum. Every day, he’d see killing, robbery or drug deals going down. It was his education… his only schooling.
When he was old enough, he joined a gang. Therefore, he had to prove himself in turf wars. Any money he made from crime, he spent on kung fu training with the best of the street sifus.
It wasn’t long before the Dragon Fang recruited him as an enforcer. Black Tiger then worked his way through talent and brutality to the top echelon. They even made him an ultra.
Along with Incoming and Bloodshed, he encountered the Solution for the first time while protecting an heroin shipment. They discovered that Shadowmage was quite proficient with her alien magic and lost badly.
Black Tiger trained hard, his soul burning for revenge. They encountered the Solution again when the mercenary group fell into a trap. Although they almost managed to kill the Solution, they ultimately lost.

Revenge of the Dragon Fang
The three main enforcers for the Dragon Fang triad (Incoming, Black Tiger, Bloodshed) were badly beaten during their first encounter with the Solution. They lusted for revenge, and trained hard to improve themselves.
The main effect is that, when they encountered the Solution again, they had 20 more Hero Points each. The writeup above is for when the trio first encountered the Solution.
