Bombolla
Context
This character is an original creation. We often call these “homemades” or “homebrewed” – think home cooking or craft beer.

Powers and Abilities
Bombolla (“Bubble”) is a metahuman. She can create and project bubbles with an array of effects :
- Obstruct somebody’s sight with a field bubble (in DC Heroes RPG terms, Darkness).
- Make a single protective big bubble (Force Field).
- Throw powerful explosive bubbles (Bomb).
She can also bounce to stupendous heights (Jumping). Bombolla was also recently was given the power of filling her lungs with air bubbles that allow her to hold her breath for extended periods (Sealed systems).
Her Bubble-Vest diminishes her density and makes her faster.

History
Marta discovered her bubble powers when she was just a baby, but her parents have never noticed them. They are a rich family, the owners of an information corporation, MMM (Multi-Media Mundial, Worldwide Multimedia), and so they have little time for her daughter.
However Maria, her father’s secretary and Marta’s godmother, soon discovered the strange things little Marta could do, but that has been their little secret. Maria is Marta’s best friend.
Marta went on to become quite an independent girl. She lives alone on the family house at Gràcia (Barcelona) . When her parents are in town they live at the secondary residence.

Description
Due, in part, to the multiple dimensional travels she has been experiencing with the team, and in part because the normal growth, Bombolla has suffered some little changes,… for good (Attractive). Although she always was well fitted, she’s now also a real beauty. Not in a voluptuous way, but in a serene, quiet, “Michelle Pfeiffer” way.
On her common life, Marta dresses casual, not being marked by her parents rich life. As Bombolla, she wears a facial mask that covers her eyes, and blue tights with a bubble pattern that seems to move.
Personality
Bombolla is very outgoing. She always wants to appear on the media, to rescue people, to be in dangerous situations just for the thrill of it.
She sometimes lacks a brain/mouth filter, and says things that can hurt others without thinking. But when she notices she tries to fix the situation.
Bombolla is currently (when she’ll return to the DC universe) involved in a Romantic Subplot with Juli Sanchez, CEO of Mediterraneo Inc.
