Powers and Abilities
Carlos Lobo is a dangerous, resourceful, ruthless criminal who’s out for blood.
As if it weren’t enough, he is a superhuman mutant. Just like a supernatural lycanthrope, he turns into a wolfman under a full moon. For unknown reasons, this form is vulnerable to silver.
Lobo’s wolfman form is exceedingly dangerous. He’s a match in speed, strength and coordination for Spider-Man himself. His claws represent a grave threat for nearly anything. Gifted with powerful wolf-like senses, this form is also practically invulnerable to physical force. However, energy and silver will affect it.
History
Carlos and his bro Eduardo come from a poor family in a small Mexican village. Even back then, their strength, speed and night vision were unusually high. They used these talents to steal food.
Their life of thrills, adventure and stealing from the rich to give to their family ended in bloodshed. Eduardo had a relationship with one Bonita, but was caught by her brothers (who didn’t approve). They cornered him and proceeded to whip him to death.
But as the full moon rose, Eduardo turned into a wolfman for the first time. He instinctively slaughtered everyone, including the young woman he loved.

Tan lejos de Dios
Fleeing to Texas, they united latino gangs under their leadership and might. Thus were founded the powerful Los hermanos de la luna gang, centred around Dallas. Going for bigger riches, they decided their next objective would be New York City. The Lobo brothers overconfidently challenging the Kingpin himself.
That did not end well, either. The Kingpin’s right hand man, the Arranger, almost had them killed by the Punisher, whom he had manipulated. An intense gang war ensued between the Lobo bros and the Kingpin’s soldiers. This resulted in Eduardo’s death (killed by a silver bullet), and Carlos having to pull out to mourn his brother.
Description

Personality
A violent, Tarrantinesque criminal (think From dusk ’till dawn), driven by ambition and bloodshed and resourceful enough to get what he wants. Lobo exudes a feral charisma and a volatile temper. As a beast, he’s far from mindless, but his bloodlust often gets the better of him.
DC Universe History
The Lobo brothers didn’t have a huge impact on the Marvel Universe, and can be used in the DC Universe. They could be excellent villains for a beginning, street level team (à la Dark Champions).
They have a modern, cinematic feel, bring a hail of gang violence and gunfights with them, and can certainly challenge a party of beginners (and probably wipe the floor with them, unless they have strong energy or mental powers).
