I feel that she has potential. Just give her a less stupid costume, emphasise her smarts and add a few other cards-based rituals.

Casino is a professional assassin. She also demonstrated good detective skills and great combat skills.

Casino can use cards for efficient divination. Especially when it comes to divining where her target is hiding. This seems to be a magical ritual.

On top of all that, she has received ultra  enhancements from the Dragon Fang triad. These considerably increase her physical and martial prowess.


History

Casino is a merc and wetwork specialist with a great rep. She does a lot of work for the powerful, globe-spanning triad known as the Dragon Fang.

Among her few failures were the assassination of Lela Cho. Though she did take out the eyes of her bodyguard, reputed troubleshooter Troy Wilde.

She also ran operations when the Dragon Fang caught the Solution in a deadly trap. The Solution ultimately defeated all Dragon Fang forces on the site, but Casino escaped.

Casino has nerves of steel and stays on top of most everything. She is quite proficient when navigating double or even triple cross situations, never losing her cool.
