Powers and Abilities

Max Cash developed his marksmanship, athletic and seduction skills in the Chicago maffia.

History

After their father was supposedly killed, toddler Max Cash grew up idolizing his older brother Cole. A rift grew between them over Max’s acceptance of their mobster stepfather, whom Cole despised. He knew Del Graci ordered his father killed.

When Cole entered the Army (and, from there, I.O.) and disappeared, Max began to emulate him. But the Del Graci name was enough to keep him out of trouble. He became a firearms expert and a ladies man.

When Cole resurfaced, Max went with him to fulfill a dying relative’s dying wish. On her death bed, their mother wished to see both her sons together. That could have been a reason why Max turned to the mob while his brother was running from it.

At least apparently. While it seemed he was working as a maffia hitman, he was actually working with I.O. to infiltrate the criminal underground. His troubles started when he began to overdo his impersonation. He got paid for hit jobs that I.O. never learned of, killed cops and the like.

WildC.A.T.s

That’s when Savant found him to be his first WildCATs II recruit. As he was reluctant to join, she simply blackmailed him. She gave him the codename Condition Red, over the pile of butchered bodies he had left all over the place.

Max startled his teammates during one of their first battles. That was when he saved Savant by shooting HARM in the brain, killing him instantly. He’d been pushed by Tao, who’d teased him about what his brother Grifter would have done in the same situation.

That was the first step in a soon-to-escalate “Gang War” with the New York’s mob. He fought this war, following Tao’s directions, and dodging Ladytron’s calls for a date.

When Lazarr bombed Clark’s Bar on a contract from Tao, Max was there trying to dodge his “relationship” with Maxine. And also dealing with his brother’s sarcasm about trying to walk in his shoes again. When he noticed the man had left his briefcase in the toilet, it was too late… and he was too close.

Though the bomb sent him to the hospital, it offered him the opportunity to flee the gang war and Maxine’s harassment.

Description

Max is a tall, broad shouldered, handsome man. He’s badly shaved in a Hollywoodian glamorous way (just like his brother, one might add).

He wears red kevlar tactical gear, all wrapped up in belts and pouches carrying all sorts of weaponry.

Personality

His main motto might be to outmatch his brother without looking like he’s trying. He is a survivor. He has been drafted reluctantly in all this mess and estimated he paid a high enough price by nearly dying in the bombing of the bar.
