Doctor Death
(Fawcett comics)
Context
Our contributor Sean once rampaged through the first issue of Fawcett’s America’s Beast Comics, published in 1941. He wrote up most everything that moved.
Which leaves us with a pile of forgotten and often so-so Golden Age villains. If you need stock baddies for 1940s stories (or to mention in a timeline for an original setting), this is a great resource.

- Mind Blast is Lethal (-1).
- Phobia and Mind Blast only work together in the following way : Dr. Death uses Phobia on a target. The RAPs are considered to be both RAPs from a Phobia attack *and* RAPs from a Mind Blast attack. However, unless RAPs exceed twice the victim’s MIND score, no damage is done by Mind Blast. In other words, Mind Blast does no damage unless the attack would kill the victim.
