Context

This bloke appeared in The Solution, an early 1990s comics series set in the Ultraverse. But that’s not terribly important.

He has a profile because he’s a random obscure-martial-arts-mercenary-with-a-gimmick. And several story genres need guys like him, and often in numbers.

Description

See illustration.

Personality

Standard killer and mercenary.

DC Universe History

Drinh Van Le is an excellent example of a low-level martial arts mercenary. Note that while he’s skilled and boasts an excellent reputation, his HPs are too low to make him a threat, and he’s easy to bring down. With more HPs and just a few APs here and there, he’d become an actual threat for street-level characters.
