Context
The Enforcers are a dated trio of minor Spider-Man foes, though their 1950-ness gives them charm. They first appeared in 1964, but even back then they seemed from an earlier era.
Since they’re such simple characters we took quick notes about them very early on. Unfortunately, we never got time to upgrade from there.

Powers and Abilities
The diminutive Fancy Dan is agile and athletic.
He also is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant, trained in judo and karate. He’s especially known for his brick-breaking strikes, since those were all the rage back then.
History
The Enforcers are a small band of mob, well, enforcers. They each have their own combat method, and have proved a threat even to superhuman adversaries like a teenage Spider-Man (Peter Parker). Originally, the group was made up of Fancy Dan (who is thought to be the creator of the Enforcers), Montana and Ox I.
The first Ox died and the others were sent in prison. But they later reformed, along with the brother of the first Ox, Ox II. Later, when working for the Kingpin, they were joined by “Hammer” Harrison and “Snake” Marston.
More recently, another group calling itself the Enforcers has emerged. All of its members are third-rate supercriminals (about the same motley crew as Scourge’s victims).

Personality
Fancy Dan is the most verbal of the lot. He comes across as obnoxious and overconfident.
He likes taking down tall opponents, if only to spout clichés and dance a little jig around the unconscious body.
DC Universe History
Well, I’ve just seen Ghost Dog (great movie), and the Enforcers would be really great in the roles of old-school, aging soldato ; the last of their breed. Thematically, they thus would fight Robin (Tim Drake) and work for a traditional Gotham capo.
