Flash
(Wally West) (Kingdom Come version)
Context
This profile is specifically about the Flash (Jay Garrick) as he appears in Kingdom Come – a possible future for the DC Universe.
Powers and Abilities
The Flash is, unquestionably, the fastest man alive. He lives in a continual blur of superspeed, constantly patrolling his city.
Because of his incredible speed Flash seems to be everywhere at once, and some believe that there may be even more than one of him.

Description
Flash moves so fast that he is usually invisible to the naked eye. At best he only appears as a red blur streaking through the streets of Keystone/Central City.
If he were to slow down enough so that you could see him, he’d still be a blur due to his constant level of superspeed vibration, an after effect of having one foot in the Speed Force and one foot on earth.
If he ever were to stop completely so that you could focus on him, you might say something like “Hey ! That fellow’s not wearing anything but Jay Garrick’s helmet !”
In the timeline of The Kingdom Wally has taken to wearing Jay’s helmet with his present-day costume, which looks really dumb.
Personality
Flash is far too powerful to be used as a player character at this point, but he would make a very interesting NPC. His interactions with other characters would be minimal, as he never slows to the point where his speech is intelligible to people at normal speed.
This Flash is primarily Wally West, but because of his strong connection to the Speed Force he is almost a spiritual amalgam of all the speedsters who now dwell there (including Barry, Jay, Max, Johnny, and Savitar – the fates of Jessie and Bart are unknown).
Wally has a daughter, Flash IV (Iris West) with someone named Angela Margolin. Angela has recently appeared in issues of Flash as a romantic interest now that Linda is out of the timeline. Iris died during the events of Kingdom Come. It is unknown if she entered the Speed Force upon her death.
