Context
The Red Ribbon Army were among the early opponents in the Dragon Ball shōnen saga. This bunch might be reusable in games as relatively low-level antagonists.

History
Silver was searching for the Dragon Balls, as ordered by the Red Ribbon army. He started burning a forest. Then he chased Pilaf (an old enemy of Songoku) who had the fourth ball, at Ox Satan castle.
Engaging Songoku, Silver destroyed the Kinton Cloud. But after losing his cloud-friend, Songoku battered Silver.
Description
General Silver dresses in quite an informal way. He wears a yellow trench coat, a hanky around the neck and grey trousers. He’s a well built man, although not massive.
Personality
Silver is a tough soldier, and he’s proud to belong to such a serious and glorious organization as the Red Ribbon army.
He’s not a mastermind, like General Red, or a twisted man like General Blue, but perhaps the truest soldier of the evil Army.
