Powers and Abilities

Practically none.

History

One of several supervillains freed from jail by the Brain in America’s Greatest Comics #1, the Horned Hood’s task is unknown.

The Brain’s chalkboard shows that the Horned Hood is to kill Secretary of State Simpson. But it is the Thorn that actually pursues Simpson. It seems that the Horned Hood instead is supposed to kill General Dodd at the armory.

The Horned Hood takes the place of one guard and uses his bayonet to kill another. He then uses a nearby machine gun to shoot at Dodd. But Mr. Scarlet intervenes, saving Dodd, and KO-ing the Horned Hood.

Scarlet then dresses up like the Horned Hood to fool the Death Battalion before beating them all up.

Description

He is a guy wearing a suit. He also wears a hood. This hood has two horns on it.
