Joe is an athletic Japanese man with spiky hair who has a crazy grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears his custom trunks that say Joe on them as well his favorite bandana, and leg and arm guards.
He sometimes brings his Muay Thai Champion belt along with him when he really wants to show off.
