Man of Miracles
Context
Styx was a Chicago rock band that was primarily successful during the late 1970s and early 1980s. They mostly did prog rock, with an occasionally harder edge. They were chiefly successful in the US, but the sales there were huge.

Powers and Abilities
The Man of Miracles is a mutant (or whatever in your world). He has the ability to pass through solid objects.
He also has the ability to start fires with his mind and has a degree of immunity to flame. He claims he inherited these abilities from his mother.
Lastly, he has superhuman levels of agility, and has been intensely trained by his mentor Orn Wylde as a stunt man, stage magician, and escape artist. His musical and combat training came from Kilroy. His battle suit is similar to Kilroy’s save that it also has sonic blast and nullifying technology.
Personality
One part clown, one part rock star, and one part ninja. Mix thoroughly and add a decent sense of humor and the ability to laugh at one’s self.
He tends to mock his opponents in combat and acts much like comic book characters from the 20th century.
History
Dynn was born in the slums of New Chicago. His abilities surfaced when he was but 11. The owner of a travelling carnival noticed him, and he and his mother were taken in. He trained diligently for several years.
Then one day his mentor, Orn, gave him a gaudy red, green and gold costume.
He claimed the design was that of a famous performer from the 20th century. Calling himself Miracle Man after this performer, he became an underground star. He was recently found by Kilroy during one of the latter’s forays into the lower levels of America.
Kilroy offered him excitement and danger as well as adulation. The combination was too much for Dynn to resist. Given the pseudonym Dennis DeYoung, and altering his stage identity slightly, the Man of Miracles was born.
Description
The Man of Miracles is a dashing young man with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He has a lithe, athletic build and a strong singing voice. He wears a red, green, and gold costume reminiscent of Miracle Man, save that he wears translucent red goggles and no face mask.
DC Universe History
Well, it would have to be an Elseworlds story. It might be possible to put them in the 30th century with the Legion but Rockworld’s history and governments are much more bleak and oppressive.
If you want to use a later DC universe it was actual reports of Miracle Man rather than comic books.
