During the mid-2000s I goofed around with the City of Heroes/Villains character generator, coming up with visual concepts.
I turned a few of those into minor original characters, just because.

Mister Rite has magically enhanced his size, strength, durability, voice and sex appeal.
All those enhancements, which he continues to refine, are permanent and make him superhuman.
History
For years, aging occultist Javier Federico Larco tried to conjure demons and open portals to other dimensions . He got results – enough not to grow completely discouraged. But all were transitory. He was coming to the conclusion he’d never achieve any of the big breakthrougths involving other planes of existence he dreamt of.
When he was 52, he started to turn his magic inward. His goal was to stave off the effects of aging so he could live long and eventually break the dimensional barriers. He quickly discovered that, while he wasn’t good enough at the dimensional stuff he had a startling talent for body alteration magic.
He could make himself younger… far stronger… superhumanly healthy… permanently.
The kind of body always in demand
Soon, all thoughts of demons were cast aside. He would find what he wanted, find it right on Earth, and find it a lot. He made himself superhumanly strong, able to crush anybody in his path. Gave himself a Barry Mannilow voice, and mystically enhanced sex appeal.
Enjoying the raw power and abundant sex, Mister Rite became an amoral man. He did whatever he wanted and took whatever he wanted.
He now runs a small criminal drug cartel. Enough to work a bit and gets lots of money, but not so big he gets into real trouble.

Mister Rite is hungry for money, power, the feeling nobody can stop him, and lots of hot women.
He’s so much into physicality he rarely uses his occult skills anymore – although he would presumably try to enhance himself even further if he were to be defeated.
