Mister Bubble
Context
This character is an original creation. We often call these “homemades” or “homebrewed” – think home cooking or craft beer.
Many of these characters were created to take part in tabletop role-playing game sessions. Others were invented as a creative writing exercise, often as part of a community event.
And this one was just a random, whimsical idea.
Overview
At some point, this strange man learned that he had the power to generate large quantities of soapy bubbles.
While he could easily use this ability to hold a city hostage, he hasn’t the intelligence to make these arrangements.

Bonuses and Limitations:
- Bubble Production only has an Area of Effect of 20 to determine how large an area may be covered in soapy bubbles. To trap an opponent in a giant bubble, construct solid bubble objects, make a “bubble sled”, etc. the APs of Bubble Production are considered to be 05.
- The bubbles he creates are very determined to clean, and will eradicate dirt and ink wherever it may be found…including on paper money which will become useless pieces of white paper.
- When he uses his Projectile Weapons power, he has a tendency to shout “Lethal Scrubbing Bubble Power Attack!” Both this power and his Force Shield are made of bubbles, naturally.
