Pigeon Person
Context
During the 1970s, confectioner and cakes maker Hostess advertised in major comic books. The advertisements were full-page comics starring Marvel and DC Comics characters (and Hostess products).
These comics were nonsensical and a parody of the most absurd aspects of Silver Age comics. They’re still fondly remembered for their goofiness.

Powers and Abilities
She can talk to pigeons and convince them to do her bidding (with Character Interaction). She can enable pigeons to lift heavy statues, including the Statue of Liberty. Her pigeons may even be able to lift Mount Rushmore (???).
This dreaded power of pigeon enhancement is reminiscent of something the early Black Canary did once.
History
She appeared in Batman & Robin “Birds of a Feather”, which appeared in Freedom Fighters #9.
Her pigeons were taking off with the Statue of Liberty. Batman and Robin could only watch in shock. She flew off to her collection of statues with it. Batman and Robin get the military to help them stop her.
At Mount Rushmore, Pigeon Person gloats over her impending victory, when suddenly military planes begin dropping Hostess™ Cupcakes. PP’s birds betray her for the chance to eat these cupcakes. Batman and Robin drop a net on her, and ten birds carry it away to prison.
Note: As a minor bit of trivia, Pigeon Person has the distinction of being the sole Hostess villain to get an entry in the Encyclopedia of Super-villains.
Description
She has white hair, styled to look like feathers. Her outfit consists of a red tunic over a white feathery costume which covers her arms and legs. She also has large white wings.
Personality
“Tomorrow we steal America’s last statue. And an America without statues is an America without a past. Ha ! Ha ! Ha !”
She’s nuts.
