Note(s): Dillon was originally a field operative alongside Dutch, and his skills are not too far behind the others despite the fact that he’s no longer in the field. To bring Dillon up to active status, just raise Military Science (All) and Thief (Stealth) to Linked levels and raise HPs to 30.
If he were a regular member of the team, he’d lose the Credentials but would gain Connections to Dutch’s Team (High) and US Military Intelligence (Low), and would act as the team’s intelligence officer and liaison.
