Pretty Deadboy
Context
Titans: Scissors, Paper, Stone was a 1997 one-shot by Adam Warren, with a manga aesthetic.
It’s not about the Titans per se. Rather, it takes place in the far future, where four youths pattern themselves after the Teen Titans to become heroes.
Powers and Abilities
Hikarimono has an energy being residing in his body. He has gained several energy manipulation abilities which allow him to control electromagnetic energy, gravity, some plasma, and even nuclear fusion to a lesser extent.
He has demonstrated the ability to cast bolts of energy as well as flight. As the energy being is still dormant, the full extent of his abilities have yet to be shown.
His major is in Xenobiology.

History
Hikarimono’s past is unknown to him. This is due to neurological damage received when he was embodied. This same neurological damage is responsible for his speech impediment as well as his altered sensory perception.
After being “embodied” he was found and rescued by nomads who gave him his name. It means “being of light”. He traveled to Sarawasti where he learned that he was now host to a dormant energy being.
He also learned that he died during the initial possession though that doesn’t seem to have fazed him much.
Currently he works as a research assistant in the Xenobiology lab. The truth is that he is currently under their study.
Description
Hikarimono’s host has long black hair and black eyes. He also has several scars resembling some form of body art, but which are actually burns from his possession. When his powers are active. his eyes glow and visible energy flows along the aforementioned scar patterns.
Hikarimono wore the same thing in and out of battle, which consisted of dark green pants and boots (with grey kneepads and pieces), dark green gloves, and a black torn half-shirt with “Xeno Dept.” on the front in big red letters.
Personality
Hikarimono’s main personality trait appears to be curiosity. He is curious as to his past which he doesn’t remember and is eager to learn as much about the universe as he can.
His demeanor is laid back and he can remain calm even under fire.
