Powers and Abilities
Primeape is an agile Pig Monkey Pokemon who likes to fight. Its attacks are enhanced by its rage and tenacity, that sometimes overwhelms its opponents on the ring.
Description
Primeape looks like a light cream fur-ball, with piggy nose, very angry eyes and a vein clearly visible over his left eye. It has short arms with arm bands, and also wears bands on its legs.
Its fists look like boxing-gloves. As Primeape, it has lost its Mankey tail.
Personality
“Always furious and tenacious to boot. It will not abandon chasing its quarry until its quarry is caught”.
DC Universe History
Introducing the Pokémons in the DC Universe will not be any problem, as they are. A new kind of PC or NPC could be a Pokémon trainer, who could have been built as a normal human with 2-4 Pet Advantages involving the Pokémons he begins with. Or even one – most trainers begin with just one basic Pokémon.

Drawbacks:
MIA (not retreating from combat), CPR (Schizophrenia), Attack Vulnerability (Mental Pokémons, -2 cs).
Design notes
I would have used the Adrenal Surge power if it wasn’t that Primeape is ALWAYS enraged ^__^.
Pokémon Damage
It can be considered a Genre rule, but it should be used on any genre Pokémons appear. It is a new kind of damage, to add to Bashing and Killing damage. We call it Pokémon damage.
When Pokémons fight (or they attack other beings) they can choose to do it so in Bashing or Killing combat (although the later is very rare). But they can also do it in the way most Pokémon combats are resolved: with Pokémon damage.
When RAPs are done that would (if it was Killing Combat) reduce their current BODY condition to 0 or less, instead the character stays at Current Condition: 1. But they are Stunned for as many Phases as APs under 1 they would be. For example, Charmander is at BODY: 1 and suffers four RAPs of Pokémon Damage. He would then be Stunned for four Phases.
On a regular basis, that means losing the combat if it was a Pokemon fight.
