Radish

Context
ラディッツ is a Dragon Ball Z character, who first appeared in 1989. He’s the hero’s evil brother. His name has also been transcribed as Radix, Radits or Raditz.
Here I chose Radish as every member of the Vegeta family is named after a vegetal. So, Goku is Kakarot for Carrot, and Nappa I suppose is after Turnips, Rapa in italian, Nabo in Spanish and Nap in Catalan, or for Napa Grapes. Thus I took the vegetable name for this Saiyajin.

Powers and Abilities
As a member of the lost race of the Saiyajin, Radish is a fearsome fighter in the galaxy. Fast, strong, resilient, and intelligent, a Saiyajin isn’t an enemy to underestimate.
History
Radish was one of the Saiyajins who survived the destruction of their home planet, Vegeta. He went to the Earth to remind his brother Goku he had to conquer the planet. When he saw his brother hadn’t and wouldn’t do so, he hijacked Songohan, Goku’s son. Radish promised to kill him if in a day Goku didn’t kill 100 persons.
By following the dragon ball Gohan had on his hat, Goku and Piccolo Jr. found Radish. They attacked, but were overwhelmed by the power of the Saiyajin. Sacrificing his life, Goku grappled his evil brother as Piccolo prepared a last ditch attack, which killed both brothers.
Before dying, Radish told them there were two more saiyajins, far more powerful than himself, who would arrive in a year. Those were Nappa and Vegeta.

Description
Radish had a wild look. He is dressed with his Freezerian armor and with his long hair (to the end of his back) free.
Personality
Radish had a penchant for evil, heightened when he saw his brother turned into a hero for humans. He was a cruel warrior who like to inflict horrible dilemmas to his foes.
DC Universe History
The DC Universe is broad enough for someone like Freezer and their troops to exist. Perhaps they have a treaty with Darkseid as to no interfere with their mutual quests: Darkseid is for supreme power, Freezer for temporal. That may change once Freezer covets immortality.
That change and the search of the Dragon Balls (Darkseid could tell the players to get them before Freezer did) could be interesting to play. On the other hand, Freezer is a good replacement for Imperiex as a galactic tyrant who has dominated or destroyed full galaxies.
Radish can be a major soldier in Freezer’s (or Imperiex’s) troops. He could even show up as the brother of one of the PC, what could bring forth lots of subplots and roleplaying.
