Powers and Abilities
Shiv can morph[gloss) his hands and forearms into a variety of aggressive shapes : huge claws, sword-arm, spiked baseball bat, etc.
When infuriated he can morph other parts of his body, especially his head, to become more bestial and aggressive. But this seems to be cosmetic.
History
Shiv is one of the superhuman thugs that was used as security by the affluent hi-tech society Data Highway. These were actually a front for the D’angelo mob.
Along with his pal Hartly, he very nearly murdered Nick Kovac after Kovac was marked for death for having examined D’Angelo’s Argus statue. Shiv even managed to gouge out Kovac’s eyes.

A callous, nervous punk with an antisocial attitude. The antisocial attitude make him pathetically lonely, however, and he thus great valued his friendship with Hartly.
