Powers and Abilities

Siege is capable of fooling a targets mind with illusions based on their hopes or fears. Such as convincing Cruiser that he’s wasting away even as he’s eating. Or convincing Network that one of her team mates had arrived to help her. He usually uses these illusions in conjunction with attacks from his team mates.

He can also project a focused beam of energy at targets.

He wears a bulky battle armour from his homeworld’s military forces, with “Class 20” strength.

History

Commanding the armed forces of his homeworld did not protect colonel DeNoel from becoming a slave of the Rapture, a hive mind that had conquered numerous worlds before his.

When Triage arrived on his world, searching for Cascade, DeNoel led his forces in a hopeless attempt to repel him. Seeing something worthy in his opponent, Triage brainwashed DeNoel into his willing slave, gave him powers, and renamed him Siege.

Turned

Siege joined Triage. They soon came into conflict with Cascade’s team, Sovereign Seven, which also counted as its member Rampart, a prince from DeNoel’s world. But the Seven managed to escape.

Triage later recruited Snapshot, and again they clashed with the Seven, but with no more success.

They eventually tracked down the world the Seven were living in, and picked of their members one at a time. Eventually only Cascade, who had left the team, was left free, so they lay in wait for her return.

But Cascade had made friends on her journeys. Superman, now with electrical powers, accompanied her on her return. With his help Triage, Snapshot and Siege were defeated.

When Triage was teleporting them away, taking Network to become his new slave, Superman used his powers in a way that had previously disrupted Cascade’s. Triage, Snapshot and Siege disappeared in the resulting explosion. Their current whereabouts and situation are unknown.

Personality

Due to his brainwashing by Triage, Siege is single-mindedly devoted towards fulfilling Triage’s agenda. His main goals are destroying any taint of the Rapture that he comes across, and capturing Cascade.

He retains his military training, and carries out his attacks in a strategic manner.
