Powers and Abilities
The older brother of Rebound, Springer is almost as nimble as his sister, but can leap farther. In a single jump, he can easily clear 20 miles. He has theorized that he would achieve orbit should he push his leaping abilities at all, something he would not survive.
In addition, he is possibly the worlds greatest genius, especially in the area of theoretical sciences and quantum mechanics.
He has designed and built every piece of gear the Alliance uses as a team. He also is responsible for Dimensionally Transcendental Fibers, a form of Plot Devicium used for Insta-change and to explain costumes that morph with the person wearing them, or don’t ever tear. There are very few areas of intellectual achievement he has not mastered.
History
Springer and Rebound are metahumans with virtually identical powers, save for Rebound’s instinctive deflection ability, and Springer’s incredible genius.
He was a founding member of the Alliance, in Memphis, and has stayed with the team except for a brief hiatus looking for his sister.
Description
Average height and rather thin. He has absolutely no sense of fashion, so hides his civvies with a lab coat most of the time.
His heroic costume is tan cargo pants, and a tan jacket that closes like the B5 uniforms. He wears a red mask.
Personality
Springer in a fight is a whirling dervish. He reacts at speeds most humans cannot conceive of, lashing out with powerful kicks at his foes.
Out of combat, he is the classic absent-minded genius, building incredible technologies out of boredom.
DC Universe History
He could follow the same suggestions as listed for his sister, or could perhaps even be a hybrid Coluan/Human with a random genetic twist thrown in.
