Sy-Klone has the incredible ability to spin his arms at superspeed at the shoulder.
He can buffet opponents with great gusts of wind.
Prolonging his rotating arms, he can completely spin his body into a whirlwind. As a flying whirlwind, Sy-Klone can slam opponents from the sky.
History
Sy-Klone is only ever seen at the Royal Palace.
He is a stalwart friend to He-man and the Royal Family.
Here, There, Everywhere Skeletors
Skeletor’s latest plan had him duplicate himself. Each duplicate was only half the size of the original – but there were nearly a hundred of them.
Sy-Klone was chained to an outer wall of the Palace. However, He-man released him.
Sy-Klone then held back the “Skeletoids” with his wind power. This gave He-man and his allies the time to escape.
Spider Droid army attack!
On another occasion, Skeletor sent a squadron of Spider Droids to attack the Palace. He brought up the rear of his squadron in his Collector.
Sy-Klone flew into action, and used his whirlwind ability to destroy the robot ships.
However, this was a diversion. Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, and Whiplash infiltrated the Palace and kidnapped Orko and Teela. They would be used as bargaining chips in Skeletor’s next diabolical plan.
He-man deduced what happened and set out to rescue them. Sy-Klone returned to the Palace in case of more trouble.
Description
Sy-Klone is a blue-skinned man wearing a brightly designed yellow and blue outfit.
There are red rings around the gloves and boots. A red belt and a single ring around his yellow helm.
His chest piece stands out quite a bit. It has a circular green symbol painted there.
Personality
Sy-Klone loves stories.
He’s friendly and a brave defender and enjoys taking it to the bad guys.

(This section proposes ways of using this character in DC Universe stories).
If Sy-Klone is an android, he could have ties to T.O. Morrow and the Red Tornado.

Sy-Klone’s action figure
Sy-Klone came with a yellow round shield, the box also stated his “Chest has animated radar screen!”. To reflect the action figure rather than the cartoon character, add:
Powers:
Radar Sense: 08
Skills:
Weaponry (Melee)*: 04
Equipment:
SMALL ROUND SHIELD [BODY (Hardened Defenses): 05, Enhance (EV): 01 (cap is 03), Recommended STR 01, Descriptor: Bludgeon, Note: OV/RV bonus when using the Block Manoeuvre is 1 AP, Note: the OV bonus for the Shield Cover Manoeuvre is 1 AP].
Design notes
Evasion isn’t actually shown. The animation was always of Sy-Klone destroying the Spider Droids.
I’m adding it because he fought an army of Spider Droids without any real danger to himself.
I present Sy-Klone as human-like. It’s possible Sy-Klone is an android, or cyborg. Yet, he could just as easily be wearing an armored chest piece and gained his wind powers through a unique anatomy or superpower.
