Powers and Abilities

Teknight Mk I is an extremely strong and heavily armoured robot. It is remote controlled.

History

Teknight was one of the most advanced projects at the robotics department of Nuware.

When Nikolai Apocaloff, an ally of JD Hunt, the CEO of Nuware, was caught by the Night Man and sent in jail, he made it clear Hunt would be well advised to get him out of there.

Although Teknight was still in the late phases of his development, Hunt wanted it deployed *now*, and it was finished overnight. JD Hunt then took the video game-like interface and went straight for the precinct house were Apocaloff was. He burst through the door and grievously wounded or killed several officers while invading the precinct.

Neither the police, nor Night Man, could stop the juggernaut. Though it stopped briefly when JD’s son, Guy, asked his father to have the game pad as he could “play better”. Killing two other officers and wounding the Night Man, it freed Apocaloff and exited the precinct.

Game over

Teknight and Apocaloff were stopped when the Night Man’s father, Eddie Domingo. Mr. Domingo shot at them with a special canister full of highly potent adhesive.

Guy Hunt attempt to free his robot without thinking. He discovered that the robot was too strong for its own structural durability, ripping itself apart as the glue held. In DC Heroes RPG terms, having a STR more than twice your BODY is not a good idea.

Description

Yeah, it looks like it used to pose for Iron Maiden albums covers.

Personality

Well, he’s a mindless robot.

DC Universe History

No problem here, unless you keep his history more or less intact. Teknight implies Nuware, Nuware means wetware, wetware means the ability to create ultras – not something neutral in a campaign world. And something Luthor would certainly know about and want for himself.
