Design notes
I had to make a lot of assumptions about Tracy’s stats. I gave her super suit the same stats as The Hammer and Bingo’s.
Since we don’t know if she made her own Superspeed serum or if it was already being worked on by her Mom. I can only guess at her Medicine and Scientist skills. Both are less than her Mom’s abilities. But I gave her a high enough Medicine skill to ride the fence on the “Did she make it herself or not?” question.
