Tugun
Context
TNTNT was a minor band of low-powered, low-textured villainous operatives. They appeared in 1993, during the early days of Malibu’s new super-hero setting the Ultraverse.
We like having profiles for their ilk on writeups.org. They’re not super-interesting in themselves, but super-hero role-playing game campaigns frequently need teams of minor baddies.

Powers and Abilities
Tugun professes to be a modern day samurai, having upgraded the two swords for two submachineguns.
His ultra powers are unrevealed.
History
TNTNT is a minor team of Ultras on J.D. Hunt’s payroll. Although they have been training hard for three years, they have neither the skill nor the talent to be really efficient.
When first seen in public action, they were beaten by the Strangers. They later were defeated by the Night Man, who used fog and a construction area to outmanoeuvre them.
